Yes, we deliver to Docklands and surrounding suburbs. Pop your event date and suburb in the enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Delivery and collection is between 8am and 4pm, 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. We can usually confirm your window in the week of your event.
If you need a specific delivery time, an extra fee may apply. Same goes for deliveries outside 8am–4pm. Call or email us and we’ll let you know.
Delivery is ground level only. Extra charges apply if we have to carry items more than 10 metres from where the truck can park. Extra charges also apply for stairs, steep driveways/descents, or going up levels in buildings. Please email us these details before delivery.
We don’t set up equipment except slushie machines. Everything else is dropped off and left in a pile for you to set up. If you want us to do setup, it can be arranged for an extra fee, but it must be booked in before delivery.
Hire is for one day, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we can’t pick up at the agreed time, or the gear isn’t ready, a daily hire charge applies for any extra days.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event date, a 50% charge applies. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies. The same applies if you remove items or reduce quantities.
Yes. We may take card details or a bond to cover damage, theft, cleaning, cancellations, or if we can’t access the equipment for pickup. By booking, you authorise us to charge the card if needed.
You need to check the equipment when it’s delivered and let us know straight away if anything is missing, damaged or not right.
