The higher price reflects the cost of purchasing them, the precise cleaning required and the extra care and wrapping needed during handling to prevent scratches, which increases labour costs.

How many chairs would you need for an event?

The amount of chairs you need will depend on the style of the event. For a seated dinner, you would need to ensure you have enough chairs for all guests. If it was a cocktail style event and a casual set up, not everyone would need to be seated at one time, and guests would move between the seating arrangements throughout the event, so typically seating for 40-50% would be sufficient.

Do you set up the chairs?

Depending on the event, we can. If you’re having a wedding, we suggest providing us with a floor plan so we can set up to that layout and save you the hassle on the day. If you’re having a small backyard event, it is usually better for us to deliver in neat stacks for you to place out yourself. We charge a labour fee for setup, so if you can do it yourself, you will save money.

How far ahead should I book?

There is no set time on when to book, but its always best to book as early as possible and you will have the best chance of being able to secure the chairs your after. If you require large numbers during peak periods and need a unique style, its crucial to pre plan., We hold large amounts of stock, however we receive hundreds of new enquiries every day, so stock can book out quickly. We will always try our best to service our customers last minute, but it’s a first in best dressed scenario.
